Navigation Bar

The navigation bar shows all modules available in the GATEWAY. Other administration type information such as settings, Help documentation, logout, and more options are available when you click your name on the upper right side of the bar.

The numbers in the list below correspond to the image above:

1. Home

Click to return to the Dashboard.

2. Navigation Menus

Select a module from the navigation bar, then select a report from the submenu.

3. Often Used Reports

The most commonly used reports based on usage.

4. Add or Change Reports

Click the pencil icon, Icon_Pencil.png, to select, add, or change reports that appear in the quick links in the Dashboard header. A short name can be added to the report for easy reference. The options are:

Default Reports: Default reports that come with the GATEWAY

Most Recent Reports: Reports are most recently added to the Dashboard header.

Recently Visited Reports: Reports that were most recently opened.

Customize Reports: Add, remove, or rename the reports that appear in the Dashboard header. Follow the steps to customize the reports:

a.Click the pencil icon in the Dashboard header.

Click [Customize] Customize from the Default drop-down list.

b.Select the module, section, and report to add or update from their corresponding drop-down lists.

Click [Add] Add to add the report to the List of Selected Reports list in the window.

After all reports are selected and added to the list, then click [Update] Update to add the entire list to the Dashboard header.

To remove a report from the list, click [Remove] Remove.

To give the report a short name that is different from the default name, click the + icon at the end of the report name in the List of Selected Reports list. Type the new name. Click [Add] Add.

5. Notifications

Shows all recent alerts from the last 2 days such as:

Failed checklist or Impacts

New order received

New customer registered

Application has been approved

6. Name / Quick Panel

Name of the user currently signed in. Located in the upper right corner of most report screens. Click your name to show the following list:

Settings:
Various user and dealer settings. For example, change password, automated report summary, and user preferences.

Select Company:
Changes the reporting company.

What’s New:
Current and previous updates to the GATEWAY online Help.

Online Help:
Opens at the Start page for GATEWAY Help information.

Video Help:
The e-Learning management system provides an overview of the use and purpose of each GATEWAY module. Log into the GATEWAY. Click your user name in the upper right corner of the GATEWAY web pages, then click [Video Help] Video Help.

PDF Help: Opens the entire GATEWAY Help as a printable PDF file.
