This list report shows which operator’s certifications for each vehicle type they are certified to operate have expired or are going to expire, and on what date. The time spans are predetermined in Settings > User Preferences. The expiration types are color coded:
•Black (circle with line symbol) = Already expired
•Red (’x’ symbol) = Expires within one alert unit (predetermined in the user Settings)
•Yellow (triangle symbol) = Expires within 2 alert units
•Green (check mark symbol) = Expires in greater than 2 alert units
Click the plus sign (+) to the left of an operator’s name to show the number of Deadman hours that the operator has accrued on each vehicle type in the past 90 days.
The Operators Filtered section at the bottom of the report shows all operators removed from the report through the Filter Operator List feature in the Filter pane.
To access this report, click [Metrics] Metrics > [Operator] Operator > [List] List > [Certifications] Certifications. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
