Use this Service Order form to create Service Order claims to track the work completed at all facilities, including third-party work (for example, a Crown technician working on a Raymond Corporation truck).

This report allows claims entered through the SO Entry form with a status of Changes Pending to be changed and historical claims to be viewed.

This Service Order report allows Maintenance claims with a Pending Approval status to be approved or denied from the Process SO Drill Down report. Denied, Approved, or Invoiced claims can be selected and viewed.
