This list report is a details of a fault code that has occurred within the specified date range.
There are multiple ways to access this report:
1.Click [Fault Codes] Fault Codes > [Facility] Facility > [Survey] Survey > [Fault Code Summary] Fault Code Summary.
a.Enter your filter selections.
b.Click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
c.Select a fault code from the chart to open the Vehicle Summary.
d.Select a vehicle from the Unit# column to open the Detail report.
Or
2.Click [Fault Codes] Fault Codes > [Facility] Facility > [List] List > [Fault Code Summary] Fault Code Summary.
a.Enter your filter selections.
b.Click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
c.Select a fault code from the Fault Code column to open the Vehicle Summary.
d.Select a vehicle from the Unit# column to open the Detail report.
Or
3.Click [Fault Codes] Fault Codes > [Facility] Facility > [Trend] Trend > [Fault Code Count] Fault Code Count.
a.Enter your filter selections.
b.lick [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
c.Click a date on the chart to open the Summary.
d.Select a vehicle from the Unit# column to open the Vehicle Summary report.
e.Select a vehicle from the Unit# column to open the Detail report.
