KPIs-Dealer Claim KPIs

This report displays the difference in days between when the service was completed and when the claim was submitted per company.

To access this report, click S & SC on the Company Selection page. Click [KPIs] KPIs > [Dealer Claim KPIs] Dealer Claim KPIs. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.

Suggested Uses

Track the response time and efficiency between S & SC for each company.
