Operator-List-by Operator

This data grid report shows a summary of each operator's meter hours accumulated on vehicles and calculated fields such as idle and inactivity time.

Note: The date and time in the First Login and Last Logoff columns may not fall within the selected date range if the operator routinely works overnight shifts. However, the hours displayed in the Key Hrs, Login Hrs, Deadman Hrs, Travel Hrs, Lift Hrs, and Activity Hrs columns do represent the time that was accrued within the selected date range.

The total delta login, deadman, travel, and lift hours appear at the top of the report.

To display additional information about a specific operator, select one of the following links on the report:

•Vehicle Usage

Opens the Operator-List-by Operator Vehicle Usage Drill Down Report.

•Login Details

Opens the Operator-List-by Operator Login Details Drill Down Report which lists every login for the selected operator, and the details about each login.

•Snapshot

Opens the Operator-Snapshot

To access this report, click [Metrics] Metrics > [Operator] Operator > [List] List > [By Operator] By Operator. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.

Suggested Uses

•Identify operators who are over or under performing. Operators should typically have a high percentage of deadman and activity hours.

•There may be problems with operators who have high percentages of idle or inactivity time.

•This can be used as an operator report card.
