Operator-Snapshot

This snapshot report is made up of smaller overview reports of individual operator information determined to be the most useful to users.

See Snapshot Reports for a detailed description of snapshot reports in general and how they work.

To access this report, click [Metrics] Metrics > [Operator] Operator > [Snapshot] Snapshot, or click the [Snapshot] Snapshot link on the Operator List By Operator report.

Each individual report in the Operator Snapshot report is described below:

Operator Utilization: Shows the average operator utilization by hour over the specified date range. The gray line represents the company average of operator utilization.

If an operator uses a vehicle (travel, lift or deadman) at all within a one hour time span, then the operator was considered to be utilized for that hour. Utilization for each hour on the chart is calculated as the number of times that hour was considered utilized in the date range / the number of days in the date range.

For example, if an operator used a truck at 6am once during an 8 day period, then the utilization is calculated as 1 hour / 8 hours (one 6am hour per day) = 12.5% utilization for the 6am hour.

See also Operator-Survey-Summary Utilization.

Trends: Shows the percent of change from one selected time period to another. See also Trends.
