This grid report displays the average amount of time that an operator was utilized in an hour, for a day of the week, or for a month (the month is an average of all days of the month). Time can be viewed as activity hours or deadman hours.
The colors in the scale to the right of the grid show the minutes (when the ’Hour’ Date Grouping filter is selected) or the hour (when the ’Day of Week’ or ’Month’ Date Grouping filter is selected) during which an operator was being utilized the most and the least.
To view the entire span of time for the selected Date Grouping, click [Full Time] Full Time from the Time Scale drop-down filter. To view only the time frame during which operators were utilized the most, click [Max Time Used] Max Time Used from the Scale Max drop-down filter.
To display the exact value of each cell in the grid, change the Show Values filter to "Yes."
Note: This report is limited to a maximum of 500 operators. Be sure to adjust your filter selection accordingly.
To access this report, click [Metrics] Metrics > [Operator] Operator > [Survey] Survey > [Average Utilization] Average Utilization. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Suggested Uses
•Determine which operators are utilized, and for how long they are utilized within a given time frame.
•Identify whether you are utilizing too many or too few operators, and reassign operators as needed.
