This line chart report identifies when operators are logged into the truck, but are not depressing the deadman pedal. It shows the number of inactivity hours (Login Hours - Deadman Hours) at a specified time of day.
To access this report, click [Metrics] Metrics > [Operator] Operator > [Survey] Survey > [Inactivity] Inactivity. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
•Determine when trucks are logged into, but are not being used. Sometimes the operator must leave the truck while they are logged in, for example, picking something off a pallet, or securing a load. However, it can also indicate that the operator is not being productive with their time on the lift truck.
