This line chart report shows the number of operators operating at a specific hour of the day for the specified date range.
To access this report, click [Metrics] Metrics > [Operator] Operator > [Survey] Survey > [Summary Utilization] Summary Utilization. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
•Helps identify which times during the day are peaks and which times are valleys.
•Helps to identify effective operator use. For example, for a big task, like unloading trucks, that occurs every day at a set time and takes four hours to complete. This report might indicate that few operators are working during this time period. Therefore, if some of the operators were reassigned to this time period the time required to unload could be reduced.
