This line chart report displays the percentage of operator log offs that were system log offs’. System log offs occur when an operator did not scan their badge to log off. The log off is produced by either power being disconnected from the truck, or when no truck activity has occurred after the preset amount of time has elapsed. The data can be grouped (Date Grouping filter) by hour, day of the week, date, or month. Each of these groupings can be viewed by either their total systems log offs, the operator’s location, or by the product family for the vehicle that the operator was using.
To access this report, click [Metrics] Metrics > [Operator] Operator > [Survey] Survey > [System Log Offs] System Log Offs. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Suggested Uses
•A high percentage of system log offs could indicate that operators are exiting their vehicles without logging off. This can enable unqualified operators to operator the vehicle.
