This line chart report identifies when operators are idle (on the deadman pedal but not traveling or lifting) at a specific time of day within the specified date range. Number of hours of idle time = Deadman - (Travel + Lift).
To access this report, click [Metrics] Metrics > [Operator] Operator > [Survey] Survey > [Idle] Idle. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
•Most warehouse costs are labor costs. This report can help identify inefficiencies which, in turn, will make the warehouse more effective.
