This grid report displays the average amount of time that a vehicle was in use in an hour, for a day of the week, or for a month (the month is an average of all days of the month). Time can be viewed as activity hours or deadman hours.
The colors in the scale to the right of the grid show the minutes (when ’Hour’ Date Grouping filter is selected), or the hour (when ’Day of Week’ or ’Month’ Date Grouping filter is selected), or date (when the total truck usage hours by day Date filter is selected) during which vehicles were being used the most and the least.
To view the entire span of time for the selected Date Grouping, click [Full Time] Full Time from the Time Scale drop-down filter. To view only the time frame during which vehicles were used the most, click [Max Time Used] Max Time Used from the Time Scale drop-down filter.
To display the exact value of each cell in the grid, change the Show Values filter to "Yes."
Note:
This report is limited to a maximum of 500 vehicles. Be sure to adjust your filter selection accordingly.
To access this report, click [Metrics] Metrics > [Vehicle] Vehicle > [Survey] Survey > [Average Utilization] Average Utilization. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
•Determine which vehicles are in use and for how long they are in use within a given time frame.
•Identify whether you have to many or too few vehicles in use and reassign, remove, or replace vehicles as required.
