Batteries-Survey-State of Charge (SOC)

This graph report shows a battery’s state-of charge and temperature at a specific time range. This is the charge level in the battery. It is derived from the average battery voltage while in use and at rest, for lead acid batteries, and is provided by the BMS for lithium batteries.

When the battery SOC falls below the set low SOC, then the normally purple SOC line turns red.

Green line = Temperature

Purple line = SOC %

Hover the cursor over the temperature or SOC line on the chart to show the exact battery temperature and percentage of charge remaining in the battery for the selected date and time.

To access this report, click [Energy] Energy > [Batteries] Batteries > [Survey] Survey > [State of Charge] State of Charge. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.

Suggested Uses

To identify opportunities for improved operator training in proper care and maintenance of batteries.
