Energy Module

Use Energy to review battery usage and increase the life of your batteries. This, in turn, increases productivity and reduces the costs of replacing batteries prematurely. Some benefits of Energy^® are:

•Ensure battery warranty criteria is met: water level, proper operating temperature, over or under discharge, equalization

Temperature values that exceed internal thresholds do not appear on the dashboard or reports.

Energy Reports

Energy reports help to increase the useful life of your batteries which increases productivity while reducing the cost of replacing batteries prematurely. The following are Energy reports:

This report shows where a battery is in its warranted life expectancy both in its throughput “mileage” and calendar life.

This graph report shows the number of battery alerts (by type) produced by a specific vehicle.

This graph report shows the number of battery alerts (by type) produced by an operator.

This report shows the average number of amp hours the battery was used and the average number of amp hours the battery was charged.

This graph report shows the number of battery alerts (by type) produced by a specific battery.

This graph report shows a battery’s state-of charge and temperature at a specific time range.

This graph report summarizes battery usage for the entire fleet.

This report shows the number of battery alerts (by type) produced by a specific battery.

This list report provides an overview of data for each battery.

This report is similar to the List All Batteries report except that it shows only batteries that have an active alert recorded (water level, temperature, discharge, etc.) within the last battery cycle. Click the [Unit #] Unit # or [Battery ID] Battery ID column to drill down to more detailed reports.

This report can quickly confirm of whether a battery was taken care of properly, and whether it fulfilled all warranty requirements such as Minimum State of Charge, Weekly EQ, and Battery Temperature Limits

This report summarizes the following information per day for the selected week.

This report quickly confirms how often a battery was charged, and how long it took the battery to charge within the selected time period.

This graph report provides an overview of which battery related alerts occur more frequently than others over time.

This graph report gives the ability to examine the frequency of alerts over time or cycles, and look for patterns for a specific battery.

This graph report provides a one-page snapshot of a batteries usage history and warranty status.

This report summarizes the daily usage, charge return, and plug ins to confirm that operators are plugging in batteries as required.

This graph report provides the energy (charge) into and out of the battery over time and the individual cycle number of the battery. The charge history of the battery can also be viewed.

This report tracks which batteries were used within any vehicle equipped to report Energy data. The list shows all batteries that were used within the selected vehicle (Unit #) over time.

This report is an overview of pertinent data for each battery in an easy to read summary list format. The list includes all batteries used within the specified vehicle, and facts about each battery such as age, number of cycles, last cycle date, and alerts like running hot, water level, over discharge, etc.
