Widgets can be copied between users Dashboards for a selected company, and can be added to existing widgets or replace all the widgets on a user’s Dashboard. Widgets might need to be copied to other users Dashboards as users are added, leave, or are replaced.
Note: Dashboards can be copied after a user has been deactivated.
Follow the steps to copy widgets to other Dashboards:
1.Click ([the current user name] the current user name) > [Settings] Settings > [Dealer Administration Settings] Dealer Administration Settings > [Copy Dashboard] Copy Dashboard or [Automated Reports to Another User] Automated Reports to Another User under the Dealer Administration Settings section > [Copy Dashboard Widgets] Copy Dashboard Widgets.
2.Click the company whose widgets you want to copy.
3.Click [Next Step] Next Step,
4.Click the user(s) in that company whose widgets you want to copy.
5.Click [Next Step] Next Step,
6.Click the widget(s) to be copied.
7.Click [Next Step] Next Step.
8.Click the user(s) whose Dashboard the widgets are being copied to.
9.Click [Next Step] Next Step.
10.Indicate whether to delete the current widgets that are on the user’s Dashboard(s) to which you are copying the new widgets.
11.Click [Finish] Finish to copy the widgets to the Dashboard.
12.Click [Return?] Return? from the Completion page to return to the Copy Utility selection page.
