GATEWAY Profile Form

Dealerships can use this form to gather implementation information for new customers. The information is entered and automatically submitted to the GATEWAY team approximately four weeks before a new customer implementation so that the customer and their permissions can be set up in the GATEWAY system. By adding a facility and user, you are indicating which users can view which facilities or all facilities.

Add a GATEWAY Profile

2.In the Add Facility section, enter the facility information.

 Note : If information is entered into the fields then click the back button, the information that was entered is lost.

3.Click [Add Facility] Add Facility. The new facility appears near the top of the page in the Facilities assignment list, and the Add User section appears on the right side of the page.

4.In the Add User section, enter the user information.

5.Click [Add User] Add User. The new user appears near the top of the page in the Users assignment list.

6.Click [SUBMIT PROFILE FORM] SUBMIT PROFILE FORM to send the information to the GATEWAY team for set up.
