Dealer Non-Raymond Asset Utility

Use this tool to import non-Raymond competitors’ assets from the field into SAP. Assets can be created and edited, or exported to SAP. Existing assets are listed in Maintenance > Asset Reports > Assets report, and the ITRACK > Asset Reports > Competitive Assets report.

To access this utility, click [Current login name] [Current login name] > [Settings] Settings > [Dealer] Dealer Administration Settings > [Non-Raymond Asset Utility] Non-Raymond Asset Utility.

Create Assets

1.Click ( [the current user name] the current user name) > [Settings] Settings > [Dealer Administration Settings] Dealer Administration Settings > [Non-Raymond Asset Utility] Non-Raymond Asset Utility.

2.Enter the asset information into the required fields (required fields contain asterisks (*)).

Note:

If all the information in the required fields already exists in the GATEWAY or within SAP, then a message displays. If an error occurs, then the fields entered previously repopulate.

3.Click [Create Asset] Create Asset. If the asset was saved successfully, then a message displays. The new asset is listed at the top of the page with all other pending asset requests.The asset can now be edited or deleted.

Edit Assets

2.Assets waiting to be submitted appear at the top of the page.

3.Click the [Edit] Edit link next to the list of existing assets at the top of the page.

4.Make the desired changes.

5.Click [Edit Asset] Edit Asset at the bottom of the page to save the changes.

Delete Assets

2.Assets waiting to be submitted appear at the top of the page.

3.Click the [Delete] Delete link next to the asset to remove.

Export Assets

2.To export the asset to SAP, click [Download Asset Form] Download Asset Form. This allows the Raymond administrators to review the request and submit the changes to SAP. The pending assets disappear from the top of the page.
