This report displays the difference in days between when the first technician checked in and the last technician checked out. The Dispatch must be closed by the technician.
The Completion (Days) data on this report is highlighted red when it is greater than or equal to the Completion (Days) value in the Dispatch section on the User Preferences page,
To access this report, click [Maintenance] Maintenance > [Dispatch KPIs] Dispatch KPIs > [Completion Time] Completion Time. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Suggested Uses
•To track the length of time it takes technicians to work on and complete a request so that the time can be shortened, if possible.
