This report tracks the percentage of closed dispatches that have at least one check in and that have a total on site time that is greater than five minutes.
The Completion (%) data on this report is highlighted red when it is less than the Completion (%) value in the Dispatch section on the Settings User Preferences page.
To access this report, click [Maintenance] Maintenance > [Dispatch KPIs] Dispatch KPIs > [Compliance] Compliance. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Suggested Uses
•Make sure the 5 minutes time frame has been met to verify that the technician performed tasks while they were at the facility.
