This report identifies the average number of days it takes for a dealer to accept or reject a dispatch request.
The Confirmation (Hours) data on this report is highlighted red when it is greater than or equal to the Confirmation (Hours) value in the Dispatch section on the User Preferences page,
To access this report, click [Maintenance] Maintenance > [Dispatch KPIs] Dispatch KPIs > [Request Confirmation Time] Request Confirmation Time. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
