Dispatch KPIs-Same Trip Completion

This report shows open and closed requests that have at least one check in. A ’same trip completion’ is based on needing only one trip and ending that trip as Check Out Billable or No Charge. Requests that can be completed in one visit reduce the downtime of the customer’s assets, and show that the dealership is efficient and can pay attention to details.

The Same Trip Completion (%) data on this report is highlighted red when it is less than the Same Trip Completion (%) value in the Dispatch section on the User Preferences page.

To access this report, click [Maintenance] Maintenance > [Dispatch KPIs] Dispatch KPIs > [Same Trip Completion] Same Trip Completion. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.

Suggested Uses

To determine what percentage of requests can be completed in one trip.
