Edit Automated Alerts

Follow the steps to change to an automated alert:

1.Click ([the current user name] the current user name) > [Settings] Settings > [Automated Report Summary] Automated Report Summary in the top right side of most GATEWAY pages.

2.Click [Edit] Edit in the same row as the alert you want to change.

3.To Edit General or Schedule Settings:

Type the new information, or select the information from the corresponding drop-down list.

To Edit Vehicle or Operator Settings:

a.Check or deselect the vehicle or operator check boxes.

b.To change the email address, see Email Addresses for Automated Reports and Alerts.

To Edit Email Addresses:

4.Click [Save] Save to save changes. Click [Cancel] Cancel to keep the previous settings.
