This feature enables addressees to not receive automated emails for a single report or alert, or for all reports and alerts. You can unsubscribe from a single automated report or alert from the automated email or from the User Icon. Or, you can unsubscribe from all automated reports and alerts from the automated email. Only the user who created the automated report or alert can resubscribe an unsubscribed email addresses.
Users receive a notification if they add unsubscribed email addresses to an automated report or alert.
The Unsubscribe or Subscribe link on the Automate Report Summary page displays after a new email is added to an automated report or alert. The link acts as a toggle between Subscribe and Unsubscribe.
From your User Name:
1.Click ([the current user name] the current user name) > [Settings] Settings > [Automated Report Summary] Automated Report Summary in the top right side of most GATEWAY pages. The Summary window opens.
2.Click [Edit] Edit in the same row as the report or alert.
3.In the Email Addresses section, click [Unsubscribe] Unsubscribe to the right of the address that will no longer receive emails.
From the Emailed Report:
An addressee can unsubscribe from one or all automated emails from the automated email that they received.
1.Open the automated report or alert email.
2.To unsubscribe from the current report or alert, click [Click Here to unsubscribe from this email] Click Here to unsubscribe from this email located at the bottom of the report.
Or
To unsubscribe from emails for all reports or alerts, click [Click Here to unsubscribe from this and all emails from the iWAREHOUSE Gateway] Click Here to unsubscribe from this and all emails from the iWAREHOUSE Gateway located at the bottom of the email.
