This list report is a summary of fault codes that have occurred within the specified date range.
To access this report, click [Fault Codes] Fault Codes > [Facility] Facility > [List] List > [Fault Code Summary] Fault Code Summary. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Suggested Uses
•Provide a historical look at fault code details. This report helps to quantify some of the information on the Survey > Fault Codes report.
For example, if fault code C035 occurs more than any other fault code, this report can describe what a C035 fault code is and details as to why it occurred. Since C035 is a "Brake Switch Error" this probably needs to be corrected immediately.
Another example is if fault code C022 occurs more than other fault codes. Since this code appears when rabbit button is pushed before the throttle is engaged, it could indicate that the operator needs additional truck operating training so that the code appears less frequently.
