Example:This report provides a filterable list of the following:
•All recorded impacts that occurred within the selected date range down to the second
•Which truck they occurred on
•Who was operating the truck
•Direction of impact (vertical or horizontal), and the impact force
Impact comments can be added. Whether to view the impact comments or not is a filter option.
To access report, click [Impacts] Impacts > [Facility] Facility > [List] List > [Impacts] Impacts. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
To create a printable report for a specific impact, click that date and time link in the Date/Time column.
If an alarm impact was cleared, then the checklist becomes accessible from this page by clicking the drill-down link.
Suggested Uses
•Add comments to provide details about the recorded impact or the condition of the damaged property. Comments received from the CSV files are visible in the Supervisor Comment column.
•View historical recorded impacts to see which recorded impacts happened on a particular day or time.
•Sort by each recorded impact force column in descending order to view the recorded impacts that caused the most damage.
•Sort by operator or search all recorded impacts by a certain operator.
•Use in conjunction with the [Survey] Survey > Operators report to qualify the number of recorded impacts received by a particular operator. Perhaps the [Survey] Survey > Operators report displays a high ratio of recorded impacts per deadman hours for a particular operator.
