This data grid report helps to identify more detailed patterns in trucks and operators failing questions, and summarizes the number of times a truck has "failed" an inspection question.
To access this report, click [Checklists] Checklists > [Facility] Facility > [List] List > [Non-Critical Fail Details] Non-Critical Fail Details. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Suggested Uses
•Finds trucks that are failing inspection questions. For example, if truck HDP04 is failing a lot of "RF Unit, Gun, and Holder check ok" questions, it should warrant investigating why this question is failing for a particular truck.
•If one operator uses a popular truck that is used by many others, and seems to fail the same inspection question over and over, it may be because:
•The operator does not know how to answer the question
•The operator sees a problem that others do not
•Sometimes operators answer a "yes" question with "no" because they are going through the questions too fast. Maybe these operators should be coached to read the question more carefully and understand what the question means.
