This data grid report provides a summary of operators and trucks, and the number of times an operator on a specific vehicle type has failed inspection questions.
To access this report, click [Checklists] Checklists > [Facility] Facility > [List] List > [Non-Critical Fail Summary] Non-Critical Fail Summary. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Suggested Uses
•Discover why operators are failing trucks for the same inspection questions. For example, if truck HDP04 is failing a lot of "RF Unit, Gun, and Holder check ok" questions, it should warrant investigating why this question is failing for this truck.
•If one operator uses a popular truck that is used by many others, and fails the same inspection question over and over, it might be because:
•The operator does not know how to answer the question.
•The operator sees a problem that others do not.
•Sometimes operators answer a "yes" question with "no" because they are going through the checklist too fast. These operators should be coached to read the question more carefully and understand what the question means.
