To access this report, click [Checklists] Checklists > [Facility] Facility > [Survey] Survey > [Checklist Results] Checklist Results. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Suggested Uses
•Determine whether trucks are being operated correctly, or need to be looked at closer. Typically, the number of passes exceeds 90%, and failures are low. If a larger number of failures are seen, then this could indicate larger issues that should be investigated and resolved.
