Use this feature to edit, view or delete an existing customized invoicing template.
1.To access this feature, click [Maintenance] Maintenance > [Utilities] Utilities > [Invoicing & Quotes] Invoicing & Quotes > [Templates] Templates > [Manage] Manage.
2.Click [View] View on the line that corresponds to the template you want to use.
•Edit = Opens the Create Invoicing Template page for changes to be made to the selected template.
•Delete = Deletes the invoicing template.
3.In the Filter pane (open the pane if it is closed), enter the invoice number whose data you want to format into the selected template. Click [Update Report] Update Report.
Or,
Select an invoice link from the Recent Invoice Numbers column. The new invoice opens.
1.To access this feature, click [Maintenance] Maintenance > [Utilities] Utilities > [Invoicing & Quotes] Invoicing & Quotes > [Templates] Templates.
2.Select a template from the list of templates below the "Manage" menu option.
3.In the Filter pane on the left (open the pane if it is closed), enter the invoice number whose data you want to format into the selected template.
Or,
Select an invoice link from the Recent Invoice Numbers column. The new invoice opens.
4.The report opens.
