This list chart report shows the same data as the Survey-Vehicle Report except in list view form. This report groups selected checklist results by operator to help determine which vehicles have a higher occurrence of certain checklist results. For example, a high failure rate.
You can use the ‘Show Column Groups’ to add predetermined percentage based columns to the report.
To access this report, click [Checklists] Checklists > [Operator] Operator > [List] List > [Checklist Summary] Checklist Summary. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Suggested Uses
•Determine whether operators understand and answer your checklists correctly. Typically, the number of passes exceeds 90%, and failures are low. If a larger number of failures are seen, then this could indicate larger issues that should be investigated and resolved.
