This column chart report identifies which operators are over and under performing. It indicates how many login, deadman, travel, and lift hours were accumulated by operations within the specified date range.
To access this report, click [Metrics] Metrics > [Operator] Operator > [Survey] Survey > [Consolidated Metrics] Consolidated Metrics. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
•Visually identify how operators compare to each other.
•Operators who have login and deadman hours should also have comparable travel and lift time. These operators are probably performing well.
•Operators who have login and deadman hours, but do not have comparable travel and lift time are possibly under performing. However, this might only expose other potential issues. They could be excellent operators, but because they are using a walk behind forklift, they do not appear to have as much travel or lift time.
