This scatter plot report pinpoints operators with more recorded impacts per deadman hours compared with other operators. The report shows each operator’s recorded impacts per deadman hour in relationship to the company’s average recorded impacts per deadman hour. The points on the graph are color coded according to how far they are from the average recorded impacts per deadman.
To find a specific operator, enter the operator’s first or last name into the Search box at the top of the report.

Suggested Uses
•If operators with a higher ratio of recorded impacts per deadman hour have a red point and the point is high on the chart, then these operators might require coaching to ensure proper training and truck operation. Further investigation may be required to determine if recorded impacts correlates with improper truck operation.
•Operators with a lower ratio of recorded impacts per deadman hour have a green point near the bottom of the chart. First hand observation of a lift truck operator is recommended.
•There could be issues with the areas in which trucks are operating. For example, if there is a rough patch of concrete on the floor where the operator is driving, then there may be a significant increase in the number of recorded impacts. This can make one operator look worse in terms of recorded impacts than another operator because of environmental issues.
