Example:This bar report shows all impact warnings and alarms per deadman hour by location and operator. It displays the impacts per deadman hour (y-axis) for each location (x-axis) for a selected date range.

To display how many warning or alarm impacts each operator had per unit for the selected location, click a bar from the drill down report. The Operator-Survey-Impacts Per Deadman Hour by Operator Drill Down Report opens.
The Operators Filtered section at the bottom of the report shows all operators removed from the report through the Filter Operator List feature in the Filter pane.
To access this report, click [Impacts] Impacts > [Operators] Operators > [Survey] Survey > [Impacts per Deadman Hour] Impacts per Deadman Hour. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Suggested Uses
•Operators with a lower ratio of recorded impacts per deadman hour are on the right side of the chart.
•Operators with a higher ratio of recorded impacts per deadman hour appear on the left side of the chart. These operators may require coaching to ensure safe truck operation. First hand observation is recommended to confirm that the recorded impacts correlate with the need for additional training. There could also be issues with areas of operation.
Since there could be hundreds of operators initially on this chart, you might want to zoom in on a particular area. To do so, click a location on the chart. Drag the cursor horizontally to highlight the section of information you want to zoom into.
