This report displays dispatch status information such as whether a dispatch is active or not, the current status of the dispatch, and the total length of the work order per site.
To access this report, click S & SC on the Company Selection page. Click [Reports] Reports > [Telematics/iTRACK] Telematics/iTRACK > [Dispatch Metrics] Dispatch Metrics. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
