This report shows the service orders entered by users through the Maintenance portal for the specified date range. This is work performed by a user and not a service provider.
To access this report, click [Maintenance] Maintenance > [Service Orders] Service Orders > [Reports] Reports > [Customer] Customer > [Entered] Entered. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
