This report shows how many service orders were reviewed by facility for the selected date range.

To access this report, click [Maintenance] Maintenance > [Service Orders] Service Orders > [SO Approvals by Facility] SO Approvals by Facility. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.

Select a facility from the Facility column to drill-down to the claim approvals for that facility.

Note: The approver name ’SYSTEM’ is reserved for Service Orders that have not been reviewed by the user for a predetermined number of days and, therefore, were automatically approved by the ERP system.
