This report breaks down each service order by parts and labor for service orders entered by users.
To access this report, click [Maintenance] Maintenance > [Service Orders] Service Orders > [SO Reports] SO Reports > [Detail] Detail. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Suggested Uses
•To show end user specific details for each service order at a part number and labor line level. These are work orders entered by Maintenance portal users and not service providers.
