Task Selection-Snapshot

This snapshot report is made up of smaller overview reports of task information that is determined to be the most useful to users.

To access this report, click [Metrics] Metrics > [Task Selection] Task Selection > [Snapshot] Snapshot. The individual reports displayed in the snapshot report are described below:

•Task Activity: Shows the percentage of utilization over the past 24 hours. Hover your cursor over a point on the chart to show the average utilization for the chosen hour of the day.

•Usage: The delta hours summarize the meter hours accumulated for the task over the selected date range.

•Impacts: A summary of impacts accumulated and impact metrics that occurred during the task.

•Operators: The number of hours that an operator accumulated during a task. Operators are sorted by task. A maximum of 10 operators are displayed.

•Top X Impacts: A list of impacts that occurred while performing that task. Impacts are sorted by magnitude over the selected date range. A maximum of 10 impacts are displayed.

•Last X Fault Codes: A list of fault codes that occurred while performing that task. Fault codes are sorted by date over the selected date range. A maximum of 10 fault codes are displayed.

1.Click the Task List arrow in the Filter pane to display additional filter items. The following additional filters appear:

•Task List Filter

•No. of Results

•Sort

•Search for a task

2.Use the "Search for a task" filter to display a default drop-down list of all tasks. The list can be modified based on the information entered in the "Task List Filter", "No. of Results", and "Sort" filters. Select a task from the list, or type a task name or number in which to search.

3.Complete your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
