LanguagesThe following options are available to all users:
1.Click ( [the current user name] the current user name) > [Settings] Settings in the top right side of most GATEWAY pages.
2.Click [User Preferences] User Preferences.
3.Select the language from the [Preferred Language] Preferred Language drop-down list.
4.Click [Save] Save.

Change Vehicle Usage Target
Percentage
1.Click ( [the current user name] the current user name) > [Settings] Settings in the top right side of most GATEWAY pages.
2.Click [User Preferences] User Preferences.
3.Click [iMETRICS] iMETRICS.
4.Enter the vehicle usage target percentage amount into the [Vehicle Usage Target Percentage Amount] Vehicle Usage Target Percentage Amount field.
5.Click [Save] Save.
Override Dispatch
Email Addresses
1.Click ( [the current user name] the current user name) > [Settings] Settings > [User Preferences] User Preferences > [Dispatch] Dispatch in the top right side of most GATEWAY pages.
2.Locate the Dispatch Override Email Addresses section of the page.
3.To add an email address, click [Add Emails] Add Emails, (To delete an email address, click [Remove] Remove.)
4.Selsect the facility where the email address is located from the Facility drop-down list.
5.Enter the new email address. When adding more than one email address, enter a semi-colon between each address.
6.Click [Add Email Addresses] Add Email Addresses.
