This report shows claims that have exceeded a specified amount within the selected date range, and additional information about the claim. Select a claim number from the Claim column to open the service order (Process SO drill down report) for the selected claim
To access this report, click [Maintenance] Maintenance > [Coats] Costs > [Cost Reports] Cost Reports > [Exceeded Amount] Exceeded Amount. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Suggested Uses
•Help the manager or supervisor be aware of upcoming or paid claims that exceeded a certain amount. For example, you may want to be aware of large expenses to plan your budget or to ensure the accuracy of charges.
•Automate this report so that you will be alerted to upcoming claims that have been approved.
