This report provides a summary of scheduled maintenance claims for active assets.
To access this report, click [Maintenance] Maintenance > [Maintenance Reports] Maintenance Reports > [SM Status] SM Status. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Click a claim from the Claim column to drill down to the Process SO Drill Down report.
Suggested Uses
•Help dealers determine if trucks are being serviced in a timely manner so as to maintain good customer service. This can help reduce service cost and labor costs by scheduling service as needed.
