This report provides a summary of scheduled maintenance claims for active assets.

To access this report, click [Maintenance] Maintenance > [Maintenance Reports] Maintenance Reports > [SM Status] SM Status. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.

Click a claim from the Claim column to drill down to the Process SO Drill Down report.

Suggested Uses

Help dealers determine if trucks are being serviced in a timely manner so as to maintain good customer service. This can help reduce service cost and labor costs by scheduling service as needed.

Help customers maintain services at time intervals that are the most cost effective and productive for them and their assets
