This list detail report lists the details of each time the question was answered as a failure.
To access this report, click [Checklists] Checklists > [Survey] Survey > [Checklist Questions] Checklist Questions or click [Checklists] Checklists > [List] List > [Checklist Questions] Checklist Questions. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report. Click a bar from the Survey chart report or a list item from the List report. The List Checklist Questions Detail Drill Down report opens.

•Determine which checklist are being answered with failures more frequently.
