This column report counts the number of responses to critical and non-critical checklist questions. Click a bar on the chart to drill down to the List Checklist Questions Detail report that lists the details of each time the question a critical question was answered.
To access this report, click [Checklists] Checklists > [Facility] Facility > [Survey] Survey > [Checklist Questions] Checklist Questions. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Suggested Uses
•Help to track OSHA checklist inspections on the trucks.
•Determine which checklist questions are being answered as critical more frequently which might indicate a problem with the question or there might be a truck maintenance issue.
