This list report counts the number of responses to critical and non-critical checklist questions. Select a question on the report to drill down to the List Checklist Questions Detail report which provides additional details about the selected question.
To access this report, click [Checklists] Checklists > [Facility] Facility > [List] List > [Checklist Questions] Checklist Questions. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Suggested Uses
•Help track OSHA checklist inspections on the trucks.
•Determine which checklist questions are being answered as critical more frequently which might indicate a problem with the question or a truck maintenance issue.
