This report shows costs by claim number for the specified date range.
To access this report, click [Maintenance] Maintenance > [Cost] Cost > [Reports] Reports > [Total Cost] Total Cost. Make your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
The Total which displays above the report is based on the sum of the Total column. As you enter more search criteria into the Search All Columns box, the Total recalculates based on the filtered results in the Total column.
To view lifetime costs for an asset, click a serial number in the Serial # column to open the Asset Snapshot Drill Down report.
To view claims for an asset, click a claim number in the Claim column. The Process SO Drill Down report opens.
