This snapshot report is made up of smaller reports of individual asset information determined to be the most useful to users.
To access this report,
•Click a point on the Analytics - Recommendations report.
•Click a serial number in the Serial # column of the Cost Reports - Totals Cost report.
The chart on the left side of the window shows the cost of the selected asset per year. The green line (cumulative cost) provides a running total of the cost of the asset through the years.
The chart on the right side of the window shows the cost of each billing code for that asset.
Note: The amount next to the Total Cost at the top of the window, is the difference between the Total Cost and the Avg. cost for the selected type of asset. A positive amount in red with an up arrow indicates that the selected asset’s total cost is more than the average cost. A negative amount in green with a down arrow indicates that the selected asset’s total costs is less than the average cost.
The list toward the bottom of the window shows the top 10 claims by cost. Click a claim number in the Claim column to open the Process SO report.
