This snapshot report is made up of smaller overview reports of individual vehicle information determined to be the most useful to users.

To access this report, click [Metrics] Metrics > [Vehicle] Vehicle > [Snapshot] Snapshot, or click a bar on the Vehicle Survey Consolidated Metrics report.
Each individual report in the Vehicle Snapshot report is described below:
•Vehicle Usage: Shows the average vehicle utilization by hour of day over the specified date range. The gray line represents the company average of vehicle utilization. See also Vehicle-Survey-Average Utilization.
•Trends: Shows the percent of change from one selected time period to another. See also Trends.
•Usage: The delta hours in this snapshot report summarize the meter hours accumulated for the vehicle over the date range. See also Vehicle-List-Usage.
•Impacts: A summary of impacts accumulated and impact metrics for the vehicle. See also Operators-List-Summary.
•Fault Codes: A summary of fault codes received while the operators were using the vehicles. See also Vehicle-List-Vehicles.
•Checklists: A summary of inspection results performed by the operators.
•Operators: All operators that used this vehicle over the selected date range. See also Vehicle-List-Usage-by Operator Drill Down Report.
•Last X Impacts: A maximum of 10 impacts are displayed. Impacts are sorted by date over the selected date range. Impact type and force are categorized by Primary Sensor and Secondary Sensor. See also Facility-List-Impacts.
•Last X Fault Codes: A maximum of 10 fault codes are displayed. Fault codes are sorted by date over the selected date range. See also Facility-List-Fault Code Summary.
•Last X Checklists: A maximum of 10 checklists are displayed. Checklists are sorted by date over the selected date range. See also Facility-List-Checklist Summary.
•Service Claims: Service Order (SO) claims for the selected vehicle.
•Impact Trend: Impacts per deadman hour over the selected Date Grouping (hour, day of the week, date, or month). The date length is based on the dates entered in the Filter pane. See also Facility-Trend-Impact and Facility-Survey-Impacts.
•Checklist Completion Time: How much time it took to complete a checklist.
•Operator Login Details: See also Login Details.
To view snapshot report information:
1.Click the [Vehicle List Filter] Vehicle List Filter drop-down to choose additional filter items. If you select an item from the list other than the default of All, then the following additional filters appear:
•Sort
2.Use the Search for a Vehicle filter to find a vehicle. This filter displays a default list of all vehicles. The list can be modified based on the information entered in the Vehicle List Filter, No. of Results, and Sort filters. Select a vehicle from the list, or type a vehicle unit number to search.
3.Complete your filter selections, then click [Update Report] Update Report to display the new data.
Numbers within gray frames or the gray line on a graph indicate company averages. These are determined by the filters that are selected.
